because who wants to increase the message buffer anyway? I certainly don't and this seems like a much better solution long term /s

* made completion have dynamic ddoc as input
* Remove debug pragma msg from constants.d
* Move message buffer to heap, increase size to 1MB
* made traits & pragma ddoc generation separate tool
