Basile Burg 077b4c35e7 fix #69 - d2 highligther, dont apply the phobos-style if ident is followed by left paren 
that looks better when using C APIs.

before : "LLVMAppendBasicBlock(" -> tkTypes, tkSymbol
after  : "LLVMAppendBasicBlock(" -> tkCall, tkSymbol

downside : "Constructor()",  Constructor is not a TkTypes anymore
